**Instructions for Using the Collar:**
- Use only one collar per animal.
- Fit the collar around your pet's neck, ensuring that you can comfortably fit two fingers between the collar and your pet's neck. This ensures a snug yet comfortable fit.
- Once the collar is properly fitted, cut off any excess length of collar that measures 1 inch or longer.
- The collar should be worn continuously for the entire 8-month protection period. Periodically check the fit and adjust as necessary, especially for rapidly growing puppies.
- Keep the collar in its bag and outer packaging until you are ready to use it.
- Replace the collar after 8 months to maintain optimal protection against ticks and fleas.
**Water Resistance:**
- There is no need to remove the collar before bathing your pet. This collar remains effective after shampoo treatments, swimming, and exposure to rain or sunlight.
- To ensure an effective 8-month duration, pets should not be bathed more than once a month.
